"Wild Apple Clusters", 2005 18" X 24" Oil	"Revington Arthur Award for Excellence in Painting" Images 2005, Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts On exhibit at Images 2005, which is the annual fine arts exhibition of the Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts, in State College. Selected by juror Lisa Tremper Hanover, Muriel M Berman Director of the Philip and Muriel Berman Museum of Art at Ursinus College, Collegeville, Pennsylvania.

"Irises Nearby" 2005 Pastel 9" x 12"	"Award of Merit" Maryland Pastel Society "Shades of Pastel" National Open Exhibition 2005. Selected by juror and Master Pastelist Doug Dawson, and on exhibit at the Black Rock Center for the Arts in Germantown, Maryland, from April 1 through April 30, 2005

2003
"A Touch of Rain," 2003 14" X 13" Pastel	"Honorable Mention Award" Art Alliance of Central PA Members' Show "A Touch of Rain" won the Honorable Mention Award at this exhibit, which ran from June 13 through June 16, 2003.

2002
"Trees Together" 2001 11" X 17" Pastel	"Excellence Award" Chester County Art Association Juried Members' Show "Trees Together" won the Excellence Award at this exhibit, which ran from August 30 through September 21, 2002. The exhibit was juried by Donna Usher, Associate Professor of Art at West Chester University.

"Through Spring Hedgerow" 2001 11" X 11" Pastel	"Honorable Mention Award" La Fond Galleries National Juried Pastel Competition 2002 "Through Spring Hedgerow" was selected by juror Maggie Price, Editor of The Pastel Journal. The show was held in Pittsburgh from May 10th through June 4th, 2002.

"Emma's Cat Halie" 2000 Hooked Rug	"Best in Show, Domestic Arts" 9th Annual Green Design Competition "Emma's Cat Halie" and several rugs I designed (but were hooked by a group, were displayed, and collectively received the Best in Show award in the Domestic Arts category at Penn State's Green Design Conference and Competition in early April, 2002.

"Land Connected" 2001 8" X 9" Pastel	"Honorable Mention Award" Chester County Art Association Open Juried All-Media Show "Land Connected" received an Honorable Mention, and was in the exhibit in West Chester, PA. The show ran from March 9th through March 30th, 2002. The juror noted, "Beautiful use of medium in a nicely configured composition. Lush coloration in a quiet landscape."
